Q. How do I enroll my dog?
A. Give us a call, or fill out a screening request form here!
Set up a screening for you and your dog to come in and meet our staff and other campers!
Q. What are your requirements?
A. All dogs must be up to date on Bordatella, DHHLP, and Rabies vaccinations.
Proof of vaccinations is required. Your vet may fax your pets records to 508-881-7334. Please
confirm with us that we have received your vaccines before you come in for the screening.
Q. What does my dog do at night?
A. Since the dogs have been out playing all day, they are usually more than ready
hit the hay by night time. We feed them, then give them a last call outside, and they go to sleep.
They relax to classical music and dream about their day.
Q. What if I cannot pick my dog up by closing?
A. No worries, we will be happy to have your dog stay the night. You will be charged
for boarding, but as long as you pick him up before 10am the next day, you will NOT get charged for
another day of daycare.
Q. Are there any dogs you do NOT allow?
A. We do not allow aggressive dogs and un-spayed and un-neutered dogs. We do not allow Pit Bulls.
We firmly believe that every dog is an individual, unfortunately, policy is policy.
Q. Can I bring my dog's belongings with him/her?
A. Yes! We encourage you to bring your dogs toys/beds, etc. We know that those little
pieces of home make your dog more comfortable. We do not recommend bringing anything valuable or a
"Favorite" object as things can get misplaced.
Q. What if I need to drop-off/pick-up my dog outside business hours?
A. There is a $15 fee for pick-ups/drop-offs outside business hours.
Q. Do you sell dogs?
A. No, but we highly recommend rescuing a pet.
Q. What if someone other than myself is dropping off my dog?
A. If you are not going to be personally dropping off your dog, please let us know and we will
fax or email you the check in form.
Q. What if someone other than myself is picking up my dog?
A. Anytime someone other than yourself is picking up your dog, please let us know ahead of time.
We will note your dogs account and we will require a picture i.d upon pick up to make sure the person picking up
is approved to do so.
Q. Is there someone on premises overnight?
A. We do not have staff on overnight, however, the facility is very closely monitored with
temperature sensors, motion sensors and of course fire and burglary alarms going right to the authorities as well
as nearby manager's cell phones.
