Since opening its doors in 2005, Camp Canine has provided dog owners with a guilt-free alternative to traditional boarding and daycare. After transitioning to new ownership in April 2014, we're taking things to the next level!
Camp Canine is an upscale daycare, boarding, and full-service grooming facility located in Ashland, MA, just 30 minutes west of Boston. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, compassion for all animals, and the high amount of personal attention given to each dog in our care. We will only take up to 60 dogs at a time, unlike "factory facilities" that will take hundreds of dogs a day. Because we keep our numbers low, every pup in our care gets lots of love and attention, and our counselors always know who is who.
All of our counselors are long-time dog owners and dog lovers and know that your dogs are family members, not just pets. Camp Canine began because of the need for a dog care facility with employees who treated each and every dog as if they were their own, and never as dollar signs. We make it our mission to understand and fulfill the needs and wants of all dogs with us, as well as of their owners and caretakers, and we do our best to ensure that every visit to Camp Canine is as comfortable, positive, and fun as possible.
Our philosophy is simple: Dogs come first!
