If your dog has never been to Camp Canine before, you must first come in for a quick screening. The screening consists of a counselor meeting your dog and introducing him or her to other dogs at Camp in order to assess temperament. You will also get a full behind-the-scenes tour of Camp Canine while you're here.

We recommend screening your dog well in advance of when you plan to board. This allows you to bring your dog in for a day of daycare beforehand. That way, we can get to know your dog and your dog can get to know us!

All dogs over 7 months must be spayed or neutered before coming to Camp.

When you come in for a screening, you must have proof of the following vaccinations:

  • Rabies
  • Distemper
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) - Note that the Bordetella vaccine is often optional when you go to the vet, so make sure you ask for it!

If you'd like to schedule a screening, please give us a call at (508) 881-7364. Please allow ~45 minutes for the screening process.
